Market Research – Internship

Mandatory Requirement: A Market Research Intern is responsible for conducting research and analysis to understand market
trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Their main objective is to gather data that can
inform strategic business decisions.

Job Description:

Designing Research Studies: Developing research methodologies and strategies to gather relevant data,
which may include surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.

Data Collection: Overseeing the collection of primary and secondary data through various channels such as
online surveys, telephone interviews, and industry reports.

Data Analysis: Analyzing gathered data using statistical techniques and software to extract meaningful
insights and trends. This could involve segmentation analysis, regression analysis, and other statistical
methods.

Market Assessment: Evaluating market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities and threats.

Reporting: Presenting research findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and
visualizations. Communicating complex data in a clear and understandable manner.

Recommendations: Providing actionable recommendations based on research findings to support decision-
making processes within the organization.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and
sales to align research efforts with business objectives.

Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of industry trends, new research methodologies, and emerging
technologies to improve research practices and methodologies.

Key Expertise / Skills:

  • 0-1 years work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in market research (e.g., Market Research Society, Insights Association) is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other prospecting tools to make contact prospects

Stipend – Rs. 10,000
Working Days – Mon – Fri (8hrs shift compulsory) & all Saturdays – (6hrs shift compulsory)
