Rajesh Nair is a technology leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and business process optimization. With a deep passion for customer-centric innovation, he specializes in leveraging lean principles and business process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive competitive advantage in asset-intensive industries.
As the Founder and CEO of Envecon, Rajesh has been instrumental in shaping the company’s vision since 2010. Under his leadership, Envecon has evolved into a global provider of IT products, solution consulting, and services, catering to industries such as ports & terminals, transportation & logistics, energy & utilities, aerospace &defense, and manufacturing. His commitment to delivering economical and environmentally friendly solutions has positioned Envecon as a key player in digital transformation initiatives.
He is a key driver of LogStar, Envecon’s flagship TOS platform, helping port and terminal operators increase operational efficiency through tailored digital solutions. He further expanded his impact by launching Enabill, a Billing & Revenue Management Solution designed specifically for the transport and logistics sector.
Beyond technology and business, Rajesh is also dedicated to social impact. He founded the Envecon Foundation, an initiative aimed at supporting underprivileged communities and driving social change, embodying his belief that “we rise by lifting others.”
Prior to Envecon, Rajesh held various IT leadership positions at Maersk Line, including Head of IT for Global Service Centers, Global Control Center, and CIO for the South Asia Region. His experience also includes time at Sealand Service Inc., where he built a strong foundation in enterprise IT solutions and digital infrastructure.
Pradhnesh Bhonsale is a founding member of Envecon and a recognized industry leader with a profound understanding of the Ports & Terminals and Container Liner businesses. At Envecon, he plays a strategic leadership role across Strategy, Legal, and Human Resources, while also contributing significantly to Software Product Development.
With over three decades of global experience across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian Subcontinent, Pradhnesh brings a unique blend of strategic insight and operational excellence. His 16-year tenure at Maersk saw him in pivotal roles, including COO for the subcontinent and Head of Liner Operations at Salalah, one of the most strategically important ports on the map.
He was instrumental in driving the success of LogStar, Envecon’s core TOS solution that boosted efficiency for port and terminal operators through smart, customized tech. Building on that momentum, he played a key role in launching Enabill, a purpose-built Billing and Revenue Management solution for the transport and logistics sector.
His career spans the full spectrum of logistics and shipping operations—from intermodal and container equipment management to branch setups across Africa. Known for managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading large cross-cultural teams, Pradhnesh is deeply respected for his ability to drive efficiency and innovation in complex supply chain ecosystems.
He is an alumnus of two of India’s most prestigious institutions—IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad
Vincent Elfring is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of global experience in IT leadership and digital transformation across the ports, terminals, and logistics sectors. As Senior Vice President at Envecon, he manages the global key accounts within the Transport and Logistics business unit, driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support digitalization for clients worldwide.
Based in Dubai, Vincent has held executive roles across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Prior to Envecon, he served as CIO for APM Terminals in multiple regions and sat on the Board of APM Terminals Bahrain. He also led transformation initiatives at Hutchison Ports and Capgemini, strengthening his expertise in terminal operations, product development, and consulting.
His areas of expertise include ERP implementation, terminal operating systems (TOS), and business intelligence, with a focus on aligning technology with business outcomes. Vincent also plays a key role in advancing LogStar, Envecon’s next-generation TOS platform.
He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and is CIRM-certified by APICS. With his collaborative leadership style and industry insight, Vincent continues to shape Envecon’s digital transformation strategy in the logistics domain.
Sandeep Sachdeva is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience spanning enterprise software, business process management, and customer-facing leadership roles. He has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, leading software implementation projects, and delivering exceptional customer support.
Currently serving as the Associate Director at Envecon Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, Sandeep heads India delivery and customer support, ensuring seamless execution of enterprise solutions and high client satisfaction.
Before joining Envecon, he spent over 15 years at IFS, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Customer Support and Overseas Operations, Senior Advisor – Project and Solution Management, and Program Manager. His contributions played a pivotal role in streamlining service delivery and enhancing operational efficiency.
Sandeep’s early career saw him gaining valuable experience in process and quality management across industries such as manufacturing, SAP consulting, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. His expertise in business process optimization, requirements analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) has been instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT Raipur, bringing a strong analytical approach to problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
With his vast industry experience and leadership acumen, Sandeep continues to lead customer-centric initiatives and digital transformation efforts, ensuring sustained business growth and innovation.
Deepa Shetty, a Postgraduate in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, brings over two decades of rich experience in various facets of HR within the IT and ITES industries. As the Head of HR at Envecon Group of Companies, she strategically supports business objectives to drive profitability and enhance organizational and human capital effectiveness.
Throughout her career, Deepa has successfully led transformational journeys, shaping people, processes, across several renowned organizations, including Roambee Corporation, Xalted Information Systems, iAcuity FinTech, DiTech Process Solutions (formerly India Book House), and Studyebuddy. She has also held key roles at Indiagames Ltd, Blue Star Infotech Ltd, Mind Axis, and Cyberspace Ltd.

Arshad brings over two decades of leadership experience across diverse industries. His career began at the AP Moller Maersk Group, where he joined as a management trainee straight out of business school. During his 10 years with this globally renowned organization, he gained invaluable expertise in international trade, logistics, and corporate strategy.
The next phase of his journey was defined by entrepreneurial exploration and strategic consulting. Over the following decade, Arshad worked across multiple industries, including tourism, ports & free zones, automotive, software & IT services, airports, packaged food products, and education & hospitality investments. His focus was not only on gaining broad industry exposure and sharpening his management acumen but also on diversifying income streams beyond traditional employment.
Arshad is dedicated to scaling businesses with an entrepreneurial mindset. He firmly believes that true growth requires bold decision-making, calculated risks, and a commitment to innovation. With his leadership, the company is poised to navigate new opportunities and achieve sustainable success.
Harish Mundada is an accomplished finance leader with over 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, risk management, reporting, and strategic project execution. As Chief Financial Officer at Envecon, he oversees all financial operations, driving fiscal strategy, compliance, and growth initiatives to support the company’s global expansion.
Before joining Envecon, Harish held key leadership roles at SBFC Finance, DBS Bank, and Sodexo, where he led finance transformation, implemented systems, and enhanced financial governance. He began his career with global financial institutions including Deutsche Bank and Syntel, gaining broad expertise in investment, risk, and treasury management.
Harish is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Diploma in Treasury, Investment, and Risk Management from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. With deep domain knowledge and a strategic mindset, he continues to lead Envecon’s financial planning and drive operational excellence across the organization.
Rajesh Bhatia brings over two decades of experience in software architecture, product management, and innovation leadership across industries such as telecommunications, printing, and cloud computing. As Chief Technology Officer at Envecon, he leads the company’s technology strategy, overseeing digital transformation initiatives and driving the adoption of AI and next-generation platforms.
Prior to joining Envecon, Rajesh held senior roles at HP, Alstom, and multiple technology startups, where he was instrumental in leading large-scale software programs and building high-performing engineering teams. He also co-founded HelpForSure, an AI-powered after-sales service platform, and has contributed significantly to IP development with over 25 patent filings.
Rajesh holds engineering degrees from NSIT and Delhi University, along with a Master’s from BITS Pilani. A recognized thought leader in emerging technologies, he continues to shape Envecon’s innovation roadmap with a focus on scalable, intelligent solutions.
