Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end Implementation / Upgrade / Support Projects on IFS Applications with a focus on MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) module

Handle Solution Architecture Role for IFS MRO functionalities in Aviation, Defense, or Asset-Intensive industries

Work on International and Domestic IFS MRO Projects across various sectors

Actively engage in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities

Collaborate with the Technical team for MRO-related reports, interfaces, and customizations

Drive internal skill development and deliver trainings on IFS MRO module for project and support teams.

Desired Candidate details: Proven IFS Applications Implementation / Support experience, especially in MRO (Maintenance Planning, Work Orders, Shop Orders, Component Repair, Service Logistics)

Strong domain knowledge in Maintenance & Repair Operations processes, preferably in Aviation, Aerospace, Defense, or Heavy Equipment industries

Excellent communication and client interaction skills; must be willing to travel as required

Product Experience: IFS Applications (Apps 9/10/Cloud)

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions

Experience: 2 to 15 years of total experience with at least 2 years in IFS MRO module and a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Industrial) or related field
