IFS HCM Consultants

Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end Implementation / Upgrade / Support Projects on IFS Applications with focus on HCM module.

Handle Solution Architecture Role for HCM functionalities within IFS

Will work on International and Domestic IFS Projects across multiple industry verticals

Actively participate in business process mapping, configuration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live support

Coordinate with the Technical team for workflows, reports, interfaces, and payroll-related customizations

Drive internal capability building and conduct training sessions for team members on IFS HCM module.

Desired Candidate details: Proven experience in IFS IFS Implementation / Support for HCM including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruitment, Competency Management, and Training

Strong knowledge of HR processes and statutory payroll compliance (as per project geography)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; should be comfortable with onsite/offshore client interactions

Product Experience: IFS Applications (Apps 9/10/Cloud)

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience: 2 to 15 years of total experience with at least 2 years in IFS HCM module and minimum 1 end-to-end implementation

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
