Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition & HRBP

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive end-to-end recruitment while also acting as an HR Business Partner to support business leaders in aligning people’s practices with organizational goals. The role requires a strong focus on talent acquisition, along with the ability to partner with business teams on HR initiatives such as engagement, retention, and performance management.

Job Description : Recruitment:
•Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs based on product roadmaps, client deliverables, and growth plan
•Plan & Lead end-to-end hiring across IT Products & Services business lines.
•Build strong talent pipelines for niche and technology-specific roles.
•Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
•Ensure seamless onboarding and smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
•Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring timely and quality closures.
•Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking on salaries, benefits, and hiring practices.
HR Business Partnering:
•Collaborate with HR CoEs (L&D, Compensation, Policies) for program execution.
•Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
•Define company-wide KRAs and drive the performance management process end to end.
•Manage org structure and org charts to ensure role clarity and scalability.
•Lead resource planning, utilization, and workforce optimization.
•Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline readiness.
•Govern Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) with fairness and rigor.
•Prepare and present HR MIS reports to enable data-driven decisions.
•Support talent reviews, employee engagement, retention, and grievance management.

Education, Required Skills & Experience : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Recruitment & HR, with strong exposure to Quality hirings.
• Proven track record of handling high numbers of hiring and stakeholder management.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking.
• Strong MS Office skills required; advanced Excel proficiency is a must (MIS, data analysis, dashboards).

Working Days: Monday to Friday (10 am to 7pm) & Work from Office
