Core Expertise: Responsible for Quality control of software by planning, organizing, and building testing protocols; to implement automation testing in all products & projects with highest standard of quality and timely delivery.
| Responsibilities: Plan, estimate, prioritize the functional and nonfunctional testing activities to ensure successful deliveries. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Design, develop and execute automated test scripts. Record test results, test summary reports, defect reports and complete all test activities. Troubleshoot, identify the root cause and differentiate defects with better understanding. Establish QA metrics and reporting dashboards for all stakeholders. Facilitate the decomposition of business requirements, into Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria Responsible for on-time delivery and timely escalations of risks, issues, status for the relevant stakeholders and Lead QA process improvement initiatives. Clearly document and thoroughly execute Acceptance Tests. Organize and manage manual and automated test case libraries. Organize, manage, and assist manual and automated test engineers to ensure minimal production defect leaks. Establish and maintain quality assurance standard operating procedures. Must have strong knowledge of Frontend, Backend QA and Mobile app testing. Should be able to execute properly STLC. Good knowledge about the third-party tools to do different kinds of testing. Mentor / Train team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and effective testing processes. Keep abreast of changes in technology, standards, and relevant developments in IT & testing by maintaining professional competency through training. Collaborate effectively with team members and others in organization to resolve testing issues. |
Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience with minimum.

Edu. Qual.: Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or higher
ISTQB or other testing certifications are a plus
Skills & Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UI test automation tools (robot framework, Selenium) with strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python) for test automation.
Experience in performance Testing tools (JMeter, Locust)
Experience in API Testing using postman, API testing automation tools
Accuracy and attention to detail with in-depth knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, automated testing
Experience with SQL, version control systems (e.g., Git)
Ability to facilitate root cause analysis for critical defects and/or system outages.
