Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of
software solutions for our clients. This includes project planning, resource planning, client management,
and ensuring timely and successful deployment of our software products. You will play a pivotal role in
bridging the gap between our technical teams and customers, ensuring exceptional outcomes leading
to Customer Delight.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, high-value software implementation projects end-to-end
• Build and manage project plans with realistic timelines, dependencies, and resource forecasts
• Align internal delivery teams with client-side stakeholders
• Ensure delivery meets both contractual obligations and client success goals
• Set and manage expectations around scope, deliverables, and change requests
• Oversee day-to-day coordination across product, engineering, QA, and support
• Lead weekly delivery standups and steering committee meetings
• Develop detailed project implementation plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and
  resource allocation.
• Establish milestones and performance metrics to monitor progress.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Understand client requirements and ensure alignment with the delivered solution.
• Oversee the implementation process, ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, quality assurance, and support
  to ensure project success.
• Identify potential risks and challenges during the implementation process and develop
  mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to maintain project continuity and client satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth software adoption.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and handover to support teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and obtain formal stakeholder sign-off
• Address post-implementation issues and complete project closure
• Share progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate details:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in project management or software implementation. International
  experience required.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus

Experience: 10+ years into Implementation of a Software.
