Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and developing strategic hiring initiatives to meet business needs. This role requires strong networking abilities, a deep understanding of IT roles and technologies, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Expertise / Skills:
- End-to-End IT Recruitment – Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding tech talent.
- Technical Hiring – Experience with technical hiring
- Candidate Sourcing – Expertise in LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and passive hiring strategies.
- Compliance & Market Intelligence – Knowledge of hiring trends, employment laws, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process
- Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Technical Screening: Conduct initial interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate evaluations.
- Offer Management: Negotiate offers, facilitate smooth onboarding, and ensure a great candidate experience.

Experience: 5 + years of Experience.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
