Job Description: • Provide technical CRIM development / support to domestic / international clients.
• Develop / modify optimize system performance code.
• Develop / support CRIMs (Frontend, Integrations, Reports).
• Manage client relationships.
• Deliver CRIMs on time.
Desired Skill: Oracle Fundamentals.
• Oracle PL/SQL
• OOPS Concepts
• JAVA, JavaScript, Dotnet / Angular, GIT
• Excellent Communication skills
Career Progress: This role will be transitioning into an IFS Technical Consultant, specializing in CRIMs development/Support enterprise resource planning solutions for domestic/international clients with international/domestic travel exposure.
Selection Process: • Round 1 – Group Discussion
• Round 2 – Written Test – Aptitude & Technical Knowledge
• Round 3 – Technical Interview
• Round 4 – HR Interview
Service Agreement: Minimum mandatory association for 2 years from date of joining.
• In case of breach of service agreement INR 3 Lacs is payable.
• Technical training will be provided by the company.
Compensation: CTC First 6 months – 3,30,000/- and next 6 months – 3,75,000/-
•Appraisal and confirmation process will be applicable post 1 year from the date of joining
Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 06:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
