Business Development Manager (Global Market)

Role: As a Business Development Manager, you’ll lead growth within our global ERP customer ecosystem. You’ll identify high-impact
opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew IFS applications and Envecon’s value-added services—ensuring every touchpoint delivers
value and strengthens client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deepen client relationships and drive account expansion through consultative selling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-sales, Delivery & Marketing to craft client-centric growth strategies
  • Build a robust pipeline (10X coverage) through smart diversification across accounts and geos
  • Launch tailored campaigns and initiatives to unlock growth opportunities globally
  • Stay sharp on market trends, competitor moves, and IFS product evolution
  • Position Envecon as a strategic growth partner—not just a vendor
  • Accelerate revenue from our global install base across ERP IFS.

What You Bring:

  • A track record of delivering consistent growth through upselling, renewals, and account expansion
  • Exposure to international markets and comfort working across time zones and cultures
  • Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills—especially with C-level execs
  • High energy, self-motivation, and laser focus on value delivery
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, focused on ERP install base or global account management
