Role: As a Business Development Manager, you’ll lead growth within our global ERP customer ecosystem. You’ll identify high-impact
opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew IFS applications and Envecon’s value-added services—ensuring every touchpoint delivers
value and strengthens client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deepen client relationships and drive account expansion through consultative selling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-sales, Delivery & Marketing to craft client-centric growth strategies
- Build a robust pipeline (10X coverage) through smart diversification across accounts and geos
- Launch tailored campaigns and initiatives to unlock growth opportunities globally
- Stay sharp on market trends, competitor moves, and IFS product evolution
- Position Envecon as a strategic growth partner—not just a vendor
- Accelerate revenue from our global install base across ERP IFS.
What You Bring:
- A track record of delivering consistent growth through upselling, renewals, and account expansion
- Exposure to international markets and comfort working across time zones and cultures
- Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills—especially with C-level execs
- High energy, self-motivation, and laser focus on value delivery
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, focused on ERP install base or global account management
