Senior Marketing Manager

Role: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive B2B
marketing strategies, including Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. This role involves leading
marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and establishing a competitive edge. It requires
expertise in navigating global markets, particularly within IT Products, Services, and SaaS.
Proficiency in a wide range of marketing tools is essential to optimize campaign performance, track
key metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Job Description:

  1. Develop and Implement Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: GTM Planning and Execution: Create and execute comprehensive GTM plans for products and services, including market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and launch strategies. Optimize website content and digital footprint for improved visibility and inbound traffic. Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of GTM initiatives,
    adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve business objectives.
  2. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, LinkedIn, and automation platforms) to enhance engagement and conversions. Drive lead generation through multichannel campaigns, including email, social media,
    and webinars. Optimize website content and digital footprint for improved visibility and inbound traffic.
  3. Focused Marketing Intelligence for Our Solutions: Industry-Specific Marketing: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to gather actionable insights on our target sectors—Transport & Logistics, Aerospace & Defence, Specialised Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities. Develop tailored marketing strategies for key regions such as India, Africa, the Mediterranean, Europe, North America, and Latin America to maximize reach and impact.
  4. Plan and Execute Participation in Events: Identify relevant industry events, plan and coordinate logistics, develop engaging collaterals, and conduct thorough post- event analysis to measure effectiveness and inform future participation.
  5. Plan and Execute Marketing Reach Outs: Develop and implement targeted mail and social media campaigns, and organize webinars to engage with potential and existing customers, generate leads, and nurture relationships.
  6. Raise Company Profile with Increased Digital Footprint: Enhance Online Presence: Implement SEO strategies, develop compelling website content, and manage LinkedIn activities to increase the company’s digital visibility and attract a broader audience.
  7. Development of Marketing Collateral: Design and produce a variety of marketing assets, including brochures, case studies, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, and product demo content, to effectively communicate our value propositions and solutions.
  8. Drive Lead Generation: Support Inside Sales Efforts: Collaborate closely with the inside sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring a seamless lead conversion process. Develop Lead Generation Strategies: Utilize cutting-edge marketing technologies and
    tools to create robust lead generation campaigns that attract and engage potential
    customers.
  9. Other Engagements: Strengthen Partner Relationships: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with principal OEM partners through regular social engagement, joint case studies, and task reviews to ensure mutual success.CRM and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM system, manage various management tasks, and produce detailed reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies with a strong focus on SaaS Product

Key Expertise / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s
    degree preferred).
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in IT services and product marketing.
  • Strong Go-To-Market ability

Functional Skills:

  • Expertise in lead generation, content creation (PR), and marketing intelligence.
  • Proficient in market technology (MarTech) and marketing analytics
  • Marketing Intelligence – Industry Trends
  • Potential to advance to a Marketing Director role.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong Research and Development Skills
  • Exceptional command of communication

Experience: 7 + years of similar work experience as stated above.
