HR Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee payroll, statutory compliances, performance management systems (PMS), and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Expertise / Skills: Payroll & Compensation Management, Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws, Performance Management System (PMS), HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle Management, Employee Engagement & HR Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Improve HR policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
  • Address employee queries on HR policies and benefits.
  • Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) implementation.
  • Collaborate on performance goal setting and reviews.
  • Facilitate performance appraisals and feedback.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll audits and reconciliation.

Desired Candidate details:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, taxation, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience: 5+ years

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ MBA/ PGDM – HR
