We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee payroll, statutory compliances, performance management systems (PMS), and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Expertise / Skills: Payroll & Compensation Management, Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws, Performance Management System (PMS), HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle Management, Employee Engagement & HR Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Improve HR policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
- Address employee queries on HR policies and benefits.
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) implementation.
- Collaborate on performance goal setting and reviews.
- Facilitate performance appraisals and feedback.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Generate and analyze HR reports for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll audits and reconciliation.
Desired Candidate details:
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, taxation, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ MBA/ PGDM – HR
